The Delaware Biodiversity Project is a new, collaborative effort to catalog, study, and preserve the
unique flora and fauna of Delaware.
Building on the model developed by our partners at the
Maryland Biodiversity Project,
and inspired by the incredible work of our colleagues in other states like
North Carolina
and
Vermont,
we will build and maintain the first comprehensive, curated repository of biodiversity records for
Delaware. As our community grows, we will support scientific research, education, and appreciation of
Delaware's rich natural history.
